Many of our homes are completely custom designed but this collection of long-standing favorites gives you an idea of what is possible when you work with the Linwood team of designers and craftsmen.

Full Custom Design

Our design department offers a full custom design service as well as the ability to modify popular plans from our Hampton Collection. These modifications may be minor such as moving interior walls, or major in changing the dimensions and floor plan of any selected design. We will do whatever it takes to satisfy the needs of our customers.

We use state of the art CAD drawings for maximum flexibility and comprehensive construction detail. Individual members of our design team will work with customers and their local Linwood consultant to produce a finished design that fully reflects the desired result.
